Ryan Hazlett is the founder of Hazlett Strategy.

Ryan is an experienced top-tier management consultant for Fortune 100 clients on both short- and long-range initiatives including: development of growth strategies, transformation program management (PMO), and data-driven process design.

Before transitioning to private sector consulting, Ryan served as a strategic planner in the Pentagon, having been formally trained in connecting conceptual strategies to desired outcomes through deliberate operational planning.  He is also a combat veteran Marine Corps F/A-18 Hornet pilot and was awarded four Air Medals for strike flights in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.  Before his flying days, as a Financial Management officer, Ryan led a $130M government-owned remanufacturing business through an unprecedented financial turnaround via implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints best practices.

He has been formally educated in strategy development, advanced analytics, and operational planning at the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, and the Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting.
